Annidale Sound is your choice provider of professional audio, lighting, production design, new construction, remodeling, or upgrading installation. For all your live events and venues throughout the southcentral United States, whether indoors or outdoors we control the behavior of your sound and light waves.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cashier checks and money orders, as well as personal checks. However, personal checks must clear before shipment of product.

Shipping

We ship only in the Continental United States. Shipping costs vary and, in some instances, are free

Order Cancellation

Should you need to change or cancel an order or shipment, please contact us immediately. We require complete order information and proof of authority to cancel or change an order or shipment. However, we cannot cancel or make changes once your order has entered the shipping process.


Special order items or equipment are subject to specific cancellation, change, and shipping policies included in your order documents.


Annidale Sound LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.

Warranty

All warranties are with the manufacturer. Warranty information on your equipment is provided with the product and available on the product brand website. 

 

Equipment returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and may not be accepted without this authorization. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories. For specific RMA information, visit the product brand website. If you have questions about warranties, please let us know.

Returns

Returns are accepted only on equipment that is defective or damaged in shipment. The carrier is responsible for any damages after Annidale Sound LLC, or the manufacturer (dealer brand) has released the shipment.

Use discretion in accepting damaged boxes and other shipping containers. If the shipping carton shows visual damage, is open, or if the product is exposed, there is a high chance the product is also damaged. We encourage you to refuse delivery, notate in detail the damage on the shipping paperwork, photograph damage, and contact Annidale Sound LLC immediately.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.annidalesound.com and Annidale Sound LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Annidale Sound LLC including www.annidalesound.com and Annidale Sound shall be referred to as Annidale.

Annidale may collect personally identifiable information such as your name. If you purchase Annidale’s products and services, billing and credit card information is collected. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. Your name, telephone number, and shipping information may be shared with third-party companies in order to help fill orders. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies, which are not controlled by Annidale. Your information will never be sold by Annidale to other companies for email lists or other marketing programs.

Annidale encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Annidale so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Annidale is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content outside of the Annidale website.
