PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, cashier checks and money orders. Personal checks are accepted but shipment will not be made until check clears.
We ship only in the Continental United States. Shipping costs vary and in some instances are free.
If you'd like to cancel or change a shipment for any reason, please e-mail or call us as soon as possible. Make sure to give us your order number. We'll do all we can to accommodate your request. We can not change or cancel a shipment once it has already entered the shipping process. Annidale Sound reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
All warranties are with the manufacturer.
Returns are accepted only on equipment that is defective or damaged in shipment. The carrier is responsible for any damages after Annidale Sound or manufacturer has released the shipment.
Use your discretion in accepting damaged boxes. If the shipping carton has bad visual damage and/or partially open/exposed product and there’s a good chance the product is damaged; please refuse delivery and make a notation describing the damage on the delivery receipt. A photo is always a good idea.
Equipment returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Equipment without a RMA may not be accepted. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Please call or email for a RMA number and specific instructions.
Annidale Sound may collect personally identifiable information such as your name. If you purchase Annidale Sound’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. Your name, telephone number and shipping information may be shared with third party companies in order to help fill orders. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies, which are not controlled by Annidale Sound. Your information will never be sold by Annidale Sound to other companies for email lists or other marketing programs.
Annidale Sound encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Annidale Sound so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Annidale Sound is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content outside of the Annidale Sound website.
