our team

Annidale Sound is fortunate to have a multi-talented group of professionals contribute their creative and technical expertise to our sound team as engineers, installers and/or designers.

Dale Carter has over forty years of experience in the sound and music industry, and has played music professionally, and worked with sound equipment since he was a teenager. He has extensive experience in recording studios, television audio and video, radio production and sound system design. Since starting Annidale Sound, he has designed systems for performance venues, casinos, schools and numerous businesses and churches in the Fort Smith metro area. He has also mixed sound for many nationally known artists including Keb Mo, Carrie Underwood, Alvin Youngblood Hart, Suzy Bogus, and Trout Fishing in America.

Tom Ware has impressive credentials from his thirty plus years in the professional music business as a live performance and recording engineer, songwriter/performer, producer and former owner of Fat Rabbit Recording Studio. He has worked in one of these capacities or another in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Canada and all over the United States. Tom has mixed monitors and house for top acts like BB King, Esperanza Spalding, Tammy Wynette, Asleep at the Wheel, Delbert McClinton and many others.

Not only is Mark Albertson one of the best musicians in the region, he has a vast knowledge of sound and video technology. He has extensive experience as a sound system designer/installer, sound engineer and CATV technician. And he can fix things! He's in the store a couple of days a week doing repairs on instruments and sound equipment.  He is a certified Fender amp and instrument technician. Mark was a former co-owner of Roland Music Center. As an accomplished musician, he has opened for such acts as Ricky Skaggs, Four Tops and The Box Tops. The Mark Albertson Trio was The Fort Smith Blues Society’s choice for the 2011 national Blues Competition in Memphis.

Dan Parks (drummer, music enthusiast, and Master Electrician since 1979), brings his vast experience to the team. His electrical expertise is invaluable on installations, as well as live events. You might find Dan flying speakers; running wires; connecting a ”distro” box; operating a FOH mixer, or operating a lighting board. Meeting the electrical needs of live events is Dan’s specialty. He has accommodated Fort Smith events including the annual Blues Festival, Cox Communications Concerts, Festival on the Border and many others. He also can be found at The Amp in Fayetteville, AR and festivals around the state.

Nick Caldwell joins the team as a 2006 graduate from the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in Tempe, Arizona. Soon after graduation, he went to work in video production audio at 5 Star Productions in Fort Smith and began his association with Annidale Sound in 2007. He was the audio manager for Choctaw Casino for three years. This talented young man has over 15 years of experience working with sound systems and audio recording and is a Certified ProTools operator. Nick operates under his own company name, Iron Horse Audio Works, L. L.C.
