Annie Shaw and Dale Carter Owners
Annie and Dale have been friends, partners, and married long enough to know they make the perfect team! Dale's lifetime career in making music and making music sound and look great is the perfect match to Annie's degree in theater and career in NYC and off-Broadway acting, directing, and production work.

Total pro gear, the muscle to set it up, and the ears to make the talent sound great. Love these guys.

Dan Parks Master Electrician
This talented drummer and lifelong music enthusiast sums up his specialty as "meeting the electrical needs of live events," but he far exceeds his words. Whether installations or live events, Dan can be seen in fall-protection gear flying speakers, operating a FOH mixer, running wire, operating a lighting board, or connecting a distro box. To say he's done it all could be an overstatement, but to say he's one of the very best is right on the money!

Nick Caldwell Audio Manager
Nick has nearly 20 years' experience in audio systems and recording, including three-years as audio manager for Choctaw Casino and Resort. Nick holds a Pro Tools Operation Certification and is a 2006 graduate of The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences, Tempe AZ. Following graduation and a year in video production audio at Fort Smith’s trendy 5 Star Productions, Nick joined the Annidale crew in 2007.

Michael Brinson Audio Engineer
By age 12, Michael was playing in bands and churches. His view of sound matured while working under five-time Christian Producer of the Year, Jonathan David Brown. Michael says it best, “As a sound engineer, you are amplifying or recording the expression of someone’s heart and soul. I care about every note of every musician on stage.” While in charge of a Cherokee Casino venue, he worked with national groups including the Oak Ridge Boys and Ronnie Milsap. Michael still plays nationally with American Icon: A Tribute to Johnny Cash and is a vital part of our performance, design, and installation team.

Tom Ware Audio Engineer
With over 30 years in the business traveling worldwide as a live performance and recording engineer, producer, songwriter, and performer, Fort Smith is still Tom's hometown. He is an icon of local live music and well-known and respected by musicians across the nation including top acts such as BB King, Esperanza Spalding, Tammy Wynette, Asleep at the Wheel, Delbert McClinton, Johnny Lee, Charlie Daniels, and a long list that keeps growing. Tom is an internal part of our production, design, and performance team.
