Seasonal Event-Specific Production Crew Assistant (No Current Openings)
(Event Crew Assistant: Intermittent Seasonal Loaders and Movers)
Job Description:
Main duties consist of assisting in EQUIPMENT LOADING, UNLOADING, SET-UP, MOVING, and BREAK-DOWN, although could include various duties before, during, and after the event, such as performing routine tasks to prepare the venue for performances, including the movement of signage, stanchions, tables, chairs, etc.

Opportunity:
We are seeking dependable, highly motivated, hard-working, team-oriented individuals for Intermittent Seasonal and Festival Stage Hands and Loaders. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to apply and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Basic Requirements:

Dependability. Solid work ethic. Consistently on time and ready to work, follow instructions, and respond to management directions independently and with minimal direction.

Communication and interpersonal skills, paired with the ability to interact respectfully, collegially, professionally, and respectfully with all event guests, employees, volunteers, vendors, and talent.

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; ability to work outdoors, at times in inclement weather; ability to stand and walk for up to six hours at a time.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing, and often loud environment.

A consistent source of transportation at any time of day or night, and a reliable cell phone.
